Capron Avgerinos & Heinlen Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit on Behalf of Two Clinton, Iowa, Clients

As the Quad-City Times reported recently, Stephen Smalling of Capron Avgerinos & Heinlen has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Archer Daniels Midland on behalf of two of our clients. The suit involves an explosion that occurred at a grain silo at the ADM facility in Clinton, Iowa, on January 5, 2019. Tragically, Lt. Eric Hosette was killed, and Firefighter Adam Cain was severely injured in the blast. The suit alleges that ADM’s negligent conduct directly led to the fatal accident. Read more about the lawsuit here.
